Dutch public broadcaster NOS announces the Dutch Minister of Transport will today launch a test for flying car!

It is in fact a Gyrocopter. I just cannot believe this... How many people will get a flying license as well as their driver license. Issues about IFR in terms of flying, Issues about crash resistance of the car-part.
The plan is to position 65 small airfields alongside motorways within a year....
