Looking for a PA31 or BE55/58

Hi all,

I hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as I've come up unlucky so far. I'm looking for a PA31 or Baron to crosshire for medium to long term use. The aircraft will be flown out of SE Queensland, most likely Archerfield.

I'm happy to fit in with the owner's needs if they have to use it as well.
