Hopefully a simple question and an equally simple answer......how can I uninstall ALL files relating to Nero? (all previous methods I have used cannot get rid of ALL the files)

Try Nero General CleanTool from the Nero website.

As Bushfiva states, the cleaning tools are effective though I still had to go into the registry and manually delete entries relating to 'nero' & 'ahead'
