2-I heard about FDM department (I am not sure what is stand for; may be flight data management); is FDM responsible for the analysis of these data of every flights ?

3-I am very intersting about these flight records for my researchs, and how can I find these data ? a helpful direction would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks many...

(1) Normally only the company.

(2) No idea.

(3) What sort of data are you after for what sort of research? There are ways and means, but it would be easier to offer helpful advice knowing more exactly what you're trying to do.

Eurocontrol is keeping a big database of aircraft performance if this is what youre interested in. Its called BADA.

It's based on radar derived information
