Been reading "The CASA Briefing" and wanted to take part in the GAAP survey but the link fails http://wcmstest/oar/index.htm does anyone have a better one or has it been closed for comment ?

You're too late:
Consultation with stakeholders, face to face and through a questionnaire, has been completed. Stakeholder meetings and Hazard Identification Workshops were held during February and March 2009. CASA thanks all those that took part in the consultation process.
