Reading through the news I found this one? So putting two airports close to the cities they serve in between both is supposed to be a good idea?
Something tells me that this is not about aviation but for completely different reasons. Strange enough it seems no airline was asked about their opinion either...
(BTW, both airports have ample capacity and are their mutual typical alternate which in case of the project happeing would make operators to have to use Rio Negro, approx. 300nm distance.. :D:=)
