I write to offer publicly my appreciation for the care and consideration afforded my wife and myself by the crew of the above flight (you will know who you are) when we returned from an enjoyable ten days in Austria. We were ordinary Business Class pasengers, no special needs or fame. The flight was smooth, the landing gentle and the attention of the cabin staff second to none.

At my airline these get posted in the crewroom, and are always appreciated.

At BA, the crew on the flight will be forwarded a copy of the letter written so it would be seen as a personal message to them from you. I love getting them-really rewarding :ok:
