Hello all,
i'm planning to do my CPL in south africa. Just to remind you all i'm taking study loan for my course so in order to repay i should land in some job after CPL ASAP. I know instructor is one good way to earn money, but i also like bush flying so i need some help on this.
I heard few areas around south africa it's possible to get Bush pilot jobs how far it's true and what would be my minimum requirements to get in to bush Pilot position? will they look my ME/IR too are my CPL with single engine alone is enough?

i also heard that charters is South africa give preference to their native citizens rather than foreigners if that so how can i apply there?

I really appreciate your help on this ....

Now that's more like it.

I'm still keen to hear the reasoning (if there is any) behind fadedfootpath's response.
