Hi zagno83

I use fly with FAA licence in malaysia, DCA will give a validation on your FAA license, u sit Air law exam. Every 6mth u go DCA to renew your validation it costs 26Usd. There a few doctors in Kuala lumpur can carry out FAA medical for 30 usd. goto this website answer your questions. be patient with malaysia DCA.

Hi jet,

I am not holding FAA ATPL but considering have one.

Does the FAA license indicate that you have English Proficiency

as well? or you need to bring another document to DCA?

Thanks,
