Just the man for the job. MK sure do pick them right!

From the wikipedia, quote "In July 2004, Andre Viljoen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_African_Airways) resigned as CEO of SAA, the media speculated he resigned due to the heavy losses SAA suffered in a R6-billion hedging loss" (notice, BILLION, not million!!!!)

From one loss to another!

Its not the size of your loss when you leave. Its the size of the Parachute they give you out the door that counts.

VILJOEN QUITS CULLINAN
ANDRE Viljoen has resigned as Chief Executive of Thompsons Holidays' parent company Cullinan Holdings after holding the position for less than two years.

Cullinan did not release details on the reason for Mr. Viljoen's sudden departure, saying only that he has "decided to pursue new ventures". Michael Tollman has been appointed Executive Chairman of Cullinan Holdings and will caretake the Chief Executive position until a new appointment is made.

Mr. Viljoen joined the Cullinan group after resigning as Chief Executive of SAA in July 2004. During his tenure at Cullinan he made several structural changes at Thompsons Holidays, including the centralisation of the tour operator's call centre to Johannesburg - a move that led to job losses in both Cape Town and Durban.
