Dear Red,
Years ago I was caught up cause all my training was on aircraft that DGCA did not recognise(whatever that means). But it didnt matter much cause all I had to do was sit for a C-152 written and do my conversion checks on that aircraft.I just ended up wasting some time cause the damn exam occurred only 4 times a year. The DGCA issued me a CPL based on my C-152 day/night checks. So they recognise your hours but not the aircraft or something like that :ugh:Hope that helps

Im not sure if the same logic would work for ME endorsement as well.I vaguely remember some guy who had big problems converting a multi- endorsement cause that aircraft was not recognised(dont ask me why...Strange are the ways of the Lord and the DGCA).I suggest you call up the Licensing Dept of DGCA and ask them.I had called them up with a query sometime ago and surprisingly they were quite helpful.maybe I got lucky...So maybe you will too.
