Ag Rating supervision Doc

Can anyone in the know guide us as to where, and what forms are needed off the Casa web site for someone to apply to do supervision of a new Ag 1? I would call CASA but thought I would save the agrivation of trying to find someone who knows what they are talking about :ugh: and ask those in the know on prune.

I don't think there is any such form. When I applied in 04 I simply wrote a letter to the local FOI requesting approval to conduct supervision, referring to CAO 40.6, paragraph 13.2 (a). I gave them a brief outline of my experience. (I assume you mean new Ag 2?)
