Weather reports for China in 2005

I'm looking for weather reports for China/Tibet for dates in 2005. Precipitation and snow plus temperature, wind. Can anyone direct me to an online resource?

Weather Underground has this kind of data ..

For example, here's data for Beijing (http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/ZBAA/2005/1/1/MonthlyHistory.html) in January 2005.
