Experience with A109E EDU repair?

Any experiences with these (almost) $30K little screens going dead?

Could anybody provide contact numbers (North America) to have an Agusta 109E EDU repaired, and rent one while it's being repaired?

I know I could contact Agusta but I just want to know if anbody has been thru any alternatives?
