Well, how low (http://video.msn.com/video.aspx?mkt=en-US&vid=679c413c-2e61-4120-9225-354312c1348d)then?
Wait for the ad to play through then pick full screen mode. The guy on the beach gets the lowest, but I guess the cameraman needs new underwear...

You know you're low when you stir up the dust on the flyby. :ok:
The bit where it comes head on over the beach looks a bit dodgy to me though. Maybe a quick chop in from flight sim?
This video is under investigation by the concerned autohorities and the beach fly by is at made at a bombing range in Holland.

Yes it could but obviously not at that speed. However, I like to bear in mind that in collisions between aircraft and the ground, the ground never comes off worse.
Three ex-colleagues of mine flew along a Rhodesian road at 140 kts at two feet agl in a Puma helicopter. The RAF Board of Inquiry discovered that the wire which killed them after they flew into it had been at 18 feet agl. They hit it with the main rotor head (approximately 16 ft up on the airframe). There were no survivors. It was a war zone, btw.
