DGCA Class 2 Medical

1> How long is the wait to get the file number after undergoing an initial
Class2 medical examination. Is there any way to get this done quickly? Like within a month?

From what I have gathered from DGCA website, the process involved in procuring a class 1 is :

>Go to any of the approved Med centres for class 2
>Doc will send away report to DGCA
>DGCA will issue PMR file
>Quote file number and apply for Class 1
>Ask DGCA to forward PMR to Class 1 med centre
>Do class 1 and send report to DGCA
>DGCA dispatches class 1

Is this correct? Once you obtain the PMR, how long is the wait for appointment with class 1 mdes?

you don't need to forward your PMR to DGCA after your class I, the medical authority in question will do the needful.

dates are not a problem if you have a CPL.
