Hi Guys im thinking of doing my CPL in Canada,can anyone offer any advice or thoughts about this?, its costing in the region of £35k inc accomodation for 6 months

If that is only your CPL costs, that equates to C$70K? That sounds like serious money to me. Where are you planning to do this, and is this a JAA CPL you're doing? That money should get you the CPL, multi engine, and all the prep for you IR test as well (assuming this is all JAA training) Bear in mind your IR test must be sat in European airspace.

The exchange rate ain't the best at the moment ! I looked yesterday and it's like £1=$1.75 (Cdn)! :\ I've got friends from Canada over at the moment and they're luvin it !
