In light of the recent TK & GF agreements i was wondering who is reponsible for preparing and signing load sheets on wet lease Jet Airways aircraft at out stations such as LHR, IST, BAH etc
Because of DGCA regulations i assume that special licences are required ? (ie) do these flights carry a loadmaster from India or do TK & GF's current handlers get special dispensation from the DGCA ?
