Today's CAA Official Record says that the Operating Licence held by Atlantic Express has been revoked at its request. This is normally a sign that the company has gone into insolvency proceedings or that it's pulled out of the market. Anyone know what the full story is? I think it was operating two ATR42s on a variety of wet-lease flying, most recently for Blue Islands.
