NOC is likely to be 'manual' CatII because of the big RadAlt hold at 0.5 DME
Some operators can only do CatII autoland :{

Wasn't the VOR/DME moved well south of the runway last year, surely this would have been taken into consideration before spending so much on the upgrade. Or is it to do with the topography of the land, the old VOR location was on a mound north of the runway?
