I have a number of semi-legal documents to produce which need (depending on the individual contract) a choice of standard phrases inserted in each section.

Ideally I would like a control panel or tick list on which I could simply select the phrase(s) needed for each section.

Some level of edit or insert (for specific circumstances or values) would also be need before document production.

I have Word 2007 and Adobe Acrobat 8 available (and would obtain any other reasonably priced programme if necessay) - am fairly Word proficient but can't identify anything that will do this, but have made little use of Adobe (and don't have manuals at moment - no problem getting them).

Can anyone suggest a direction to look - I should be PC literate enougfh to sort myself once I arrive in the right location.
