It's just guidance to the city of the financial situation. I don't think they're going to be in any worse position than other airlines over the next couple of years.

..yes, I expect they feel that (with share price at its current position) they might as well get all the bad news for the City out of the way in one fell swoop so that (hopefully) things can only get better from here...
