http://www.pprune.org/interviews-jobs-sponsorship/250640-ctc-wings-cadets-thread-part-2-a.html

First page has a pretty accurate guide to what goes on.

But basically it's
Phase 2: 15 questions multi-choice 15mins (mental arithmetic, GCSE level)
Followed by the Pilapt test (it is difficult to practise for this, you either have it or you don't)

There is also a group session where an assessment of your teamwork abilities is made.

You will be then told on the day if you have passed to stage 3 or not.

One PILAPT test, one maths test (15 questions in 15 minutes, basic maths), two group exercises and an interview.

You can find some practice aptitude tests online but most say you either have it or you don't.

There is a CTC Wings Thread with a load of info in the Interviews and Sponsorship forum.

Is it the same test for the wings iCP course?

Stage 1 and 2 exactly the same but you don't have the interview or stage 4 in the flight sim.

If you go for the CTC Wings selection but don't make it through (but passed the Pilapt and maths), if you were borderline enough they might offer you the iCP route.
