I know versions of this question have been asked before, but not specifically for a small (3 a/c) air taxi operator. We're looking for a simple fleet management piece of software that can:

a. Produce quotes
b. Produce itins (at least presentationally, if not the maths)
c. Manage a/c hours
d. Manage crew hours
e. Produce dips/handling requests
f. Has some 'tailorability' to produce handy stats.
g. Nice interface/intuitive displays

Yes, I know, I want the world...

Budget small - any suggestions?

Good evening,

We are using Bizflight (www.bizflight.net (http://www.bizflight.net)) and we are having some troubles as this software isn't capable of supporting the bigger companies. But if you're looking for something reliable, basic and affordable, just get in touch with them. They are working on a major upgrade, so things might improve.

Cheers,

We used Takeflite at my old company - its from NZ and because they are small they listen to you ideas for improvement. Aircraft Management Services | Airline Booking Software | Airline Software | Aviation Software | Reservation Software (http://www.tflite.com) I know it works in Oz and NZ but not sure about other parts of the world.

hey .. try www.airlinecs.com (http://www.airlinecs.com)

The program is called PerformOps - they have a reservation system too that can give quotes etc. Due to ZAR rate exchange this might work out very cheap for you as it is not that expensive locally either. You can buy the system in modules and only buy what you need. It is being used by a few smaller airlines and the system has been designed and moduled for smaller aviation companies that can't afford the expensive systems. It's web based and does not need SITA etc.

Hope this helps.

AOR,
I saw AirOps a few years back and was quite impressed by it to be honest. Quite user friendly from what I can remember as well.

Take a look at EFOS (Electronic Flight Operations System) Evoke Systems Limited - Innovative Solutions for Commercial Airline Operators (http://www.evoke-systems.com) . It is not the one-stop-shop you are looking for but it ticks many boxes.
