Not sure if this is standard QF or just QF in NZ (operated by Jet Connect). Just flew Auckland/Christchurch; we got a muffin and a drink. The muffin came with what I initially took to be a napkin. On closer inspection one end was folded and sealed with a single piece of tape on which an explantion was printed that this was a tray table cover and that in the sealed section was a napkin and stirer (and, I found, sugar) and that the tray table cover actually could be used as a rubbish bag because it was, indeed a bag.

I though that was a very neat piece of kit. Is it standard QF? I've never come across it before anywhere. Who else uses it?

The muffin was quite nice too (as those things go).

yes it is standard QF domestic, very clever isn't it? Unfortunately not everyone can work it out!:hmm:

Is standard on QF domestic flights when serving light snacks :yuk: on the short hops

Maybe QF have tried already but I reckon they could do worse than try and promote it to other oneWorld carriers.
