Crashing Browser

Hi, every time I open a page with Flash Player being used I think, the browser crashes, both Fire Fox and IE, the worst is if I click on the BBC Iplayer and play a program this crashes the browswers, I have un installed Flash Player 10 and reloaded it but it still crashes, Help:ugh:

Only thing I can suggest is to un-install flash, make sure that FF & IE are not running then re-install flash, and don't have multiple tabs open when you use it.

Uninstalled Firefox, also flashplayer installed Firefox, closed it and installed flashplayer, open Iplayer to test it and it still crashes, a real pain because if I open a web page with flash content it crashes.
