Hello all,
Two days ago I sat (and passed) my FRTOL exam as part of my PPL. I have completed the FRTOL application along with the examiner and my CFI and am preparing to send it off, along with a copy of my Class 1 medical and a copy of my birth certificate as per the instructions on the form.
However, I have looked at the CAA scheme of charges, and it states that the cost of an FRTOL application is £67, unless you are qualified to act as a pilot or are in posession of a medical certificate.
If I have read this correctly, I assume that, being a Class 1 holder, I am exempt from the £67 fee? Could someone confirm this for me please?
