Hi guys,

Does anybody have some info on where to get a Cessna Citation type rating course and how much it will cost?

(Preferences South Africa / Australia)

I would try Flightsafety at some of the off the beaten track sim centres. C500/550/560 rating could be had for as little as 9k dollars. FSi are feeling the pinch as well.

They are also widely accepted to most reg authorities and you can do an FAA ATP at the same time if you meet the hors requirements, throw in all the free enrichment programs windshear/hypoxia awareness/High altitude flying which are free and its a good value course.

Try Atlanta, they have an old II sim there that is underutilised, its the same rating as the Citation 500, 501, 550 SII, 551, 560 V, Ultra, Encore, Bravo so a lot of frames for your money on your FAA/JAA/SA license
