RAF evaluates new Observation a/c ?

Guys sorry to be pain I saw an online article late last year about an a/c resprayed in RAF colours with a civ registration. Apparantly the MoD have 2 or 3 of them could anybody point me in the right direction or a link please. Have spent quite a few hours on Google but can't seem to get anything.

I think it was a single engined a/c possibly built in Germany.

Any help would really be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
