Wonder how long it will be before they start afresh?

Only in Africa!

Hope I'm not stepping on toes, but "Zambia Airlines" doesn't give me a confident feeling to begin with. Kind of like "Government Investigation".

Zambian airways goes bust....again...........
Apart from the sad situation re fuel prices which is always an african problem , the main prob is that all the dudes who get involved in African airlines are NOT there for the love of the job or aviation for that matter .Just to guzzle at the trough for a few years .
We all know that pilots are generally hopeless managers , but at least they try to do the best for their airline , as that is what they love. Africa needs managers like that .
But nothing ever changes.....................

Zambia Airways stopped operating in 1994.
I think you mean Zambian Airways whose last revenue flight was in fact first thing on Saturday.
Its already covered in the African forum.
