Hi there, currently serving as a Sumpy Corporal at Lyneham, this may be a stupid question, but I heard on the grapevine that the acceptance age for serving personnel to become helicopter pilots has been upped to 32, is this true? It did come from a very credible source. I have spoken to Bristol CIO who havent heard this and my Chief Cleark is not answering his phone.

It won't be specific to rotary, whatever the age is/was. The RAF recruit pilots, and do not stream/allocate them until the end of EFT.
