To be honest, I'm surprised he hasn't been banned in perpetuity - all he ever does is to annoy other posters with his puerile prattle.
I didn't know that civvies and journalists had access to JPA.
Aha! They must have! That would explain why it was suddenly easier to get on after 1700...they'd all gone home. :hmm:
