Just wanted to thank the crew of this flight (Grenada to LGW) overnight Jan 1 - Jan 2. I had a bit of a medical crisis which was extremely scary and which they sorted out with real professionalism and sensitivity. I'd especially like to thank Darren, who was a real star - sorry for not taking the time to speak to you at the end of the flight but I just wanted to get off the plane!
If anyone reading this message knows any of the flight crew, please pass on my thanks.
