Trying to contact Wing Commander JFH Chick

The Wing Commander was serving as the Air Attache Djakarta in 1968.

Know it is a long shot and a long time ago, but does anyone know him and could direct me how I can contact him.

He was still alive in 2003 when he joined Martlesham Heath Aviation Society MHAS remembering RAF and A&AEE Martlesham Heath (http://mhas.org.uk/MHAS/index.html), according to http://mhas.org.uk/MHAS/runway22/200309.pdf.

The Martlesham and Felixstowe connections made me wonder if he's in the local area, and he is, or there's another JF Chick. The then Wing Commander Chick, attended a Blenhiem crash site from WW2, in which all three crew from 211 Squadron were killed.

We are hoping he can answer some of our questions.
