Anybody have any ideas how/where I might be able to contact these guys?

Tried Thunder City but they can't even answer an email it seems. Tried Virgin Atlantic but as I feared, they simply whine-on about confidentiality, blah, blah...

So I've run out of ideas! Any pointers gratefully received!:)
