Can anyone direct me to air ambulance operators in the Caribbean?

The ones that I have seen there using Learjets are usually based in Florida.
If there are any then chances are they will be based in Puerto Rico.

None in Puerto Rico or the rest of the Caribbean that I know of.
I've flown air ambulance in Puerto Rico. Cessna 402 is what is flown mostly. Aero Jet PR flies CE-402, Aero Jet Florida flies LR-35

In Caribean i dont know.
