Does anyone know about this? Noticed on NOTAMs, apparently 23R is closed.
Any ideas appreciated

When is this for? Wasn't closed when I landed 2 hours ago as SLF.
I think they regularly go down to 1 runway at certain times of year, but normally this is through the night.

There is also a notac out about the runway being slippery when wet because of the amount of rubber down in the touchdown zone. I would imagine if 23R is shut it will be to remove the rubber.
