I'm just filling out a form for the CAA and it asks to state any non UK licences held, so obviously my FAA licence.

Unfourtunatly i can't seem to find the licence number or the expiry date or what to put in the class/type of licence.

Would the expiry date be the same as my SEP on my UK PPL? Basically the paper version and card version of the FAA licence states i can excersie the rights i hold on my PPL in America, but i'm unsure what to put for what i've listed above.

Not sure if I understand your question;
do you have a stand alone FAA PPL or one which is based on your UK license?
A stand alone does not have an expiration date, it is valid for life.
The "based on a foreign license" PPL has the same expiration as the foreign license it is based on since it is not valid without it.

I think you answered my expiry date question, i have a UK PPL.

I then went over to America to do some hour building so then had to do the conversion. On the CAA form it wants any non UK licences, along with the issue number and class/type of rating.

I would have assumed the class/type of rating would be SEP SE land (as my UK PPL states) but i'm not sure about issue number
