Is there a form that tells you how much you have to pay the CAA for processing your CPL, IR and night rating paperwork?

I've searched the CAA's website and done a search on here but been unable to find anything.

Think you need to look for a document called 'Scheme of Charges' :ok:

thanks

:ok:

Does this sound about right

Night qualification £80
Ir £111
CPL £221

I overheard someone saying i didn't have to apply for the night rating as the CPL comes with one, is that true or do i have to submit that as well?

LASORS simply says that during CPL training if you don't already have a Night Qual you shall receive the 5 extra hours training. In such context it seems perfectly feasible that you could get away with just paying for the CPL issue and get the Night Qual by default.

if your applying for your cpl, any other ratings you need to be put on will not be charged on top.

ie: cpl, IR, ME all will cost you 221, the same as just the IR

btw... when sending off the paperwork, make sure you ask them to use your cpl skills test as to base the SEP rating expiry date... they printed on my licence that my rating was issued on my cpl skills test day, but expires in 11 months as thats when my ppl one whould have expired even though an SEP is valid for 2 years. :ugh:
