Twin Hire

I am about to do my CPL in Jan and have been looking at doing it on a twin, the problem is that the prices for the twin are coming in at over R3400 ph just for the Baron plus R250 pd for yoke hire and then there are instructor fees and landing fees which seems a little expensive…… bordering on R4000 ph and 20 hours at this rate equates to close on R80000 just for the final bit of the licence….

So firstly is this expensive or is this the going rate?
Are there any other Twins out there that anybody know of that are cheaper than this?
