If one instructor (out of the three) has not been truthful and unbiased in his independant assessment report, is there any way that the unfortunate candidate can appeal? Does he grin and bear it for 18 months (cooling off period)?
Has the fourth instructor opinion been removed unilaterally?

That is how it should be. But as long as Puk Karu and Pada Rajah's are running the show. You won't stand a chance. :ugh:

There's another way. If you go and suck up to baby Ranathunge you can. He also runs the show. Recently one of the Silva bro's got it that way. Thats why some are very busy these days after him with the instructor interviews coming up.:D
