Hi,

I am doing a report about airlines and customer relationship management. I have heard that JetBlue emails a post-travel questionnaire to their passengers. Unfortunately, I have never flown the airline but would like to know more. Maybe some can post their experiences. A few questions I have include:
1. Does JetBlue still email post-travel questionnaires?
2. Do you get an email after every flight, or is it random?
3. Is the questionnaire the same every time or does it change?
4. Are the questions personalized to your trip specifically? For example, are there questions relating to poor service, a diversion, lost baggage, etc...
5. Has the questionnaire resulted in a form of dialogue with the airline. Have you been contacted aftewards?
