Ciao Friends

There is this company called Italiana Elicotteri (based in Rome) with father-son ownership of Giuseppe and Andrea Pardi(an ex Colonel in the Italian Air Force). They have taken deposit from us,for a new twin engine Helicopter. Now,when its time to deliver, they are neither giving the Helicopter nor refunding the money back.

Since they are not answering our emails and phone calls, any help to locate or information about them, would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Extremely upset soul

sorry to hear that!

Other than visiting them personally in Rome or sending a rep/agent, I would try to see if are scheduled to attend any trade shows etc.

This website (which has a suitable name!) has some contact details for them...but you've tried that. There is some trade show info although I could not find anything about them.

sorry I cannot help more.

PS. they also appear to be on LinkedIn, you could try through that.

They claim they are based out of Urbe Airport.Office is 213 Via Flaminia,Rome(we got it checked).Via Flaminia is a Road and 213 is a building. There was no mention of their name nor Company name in that building.

The Hangar,Helipad and service station is at Via Salaria 2061 ,km20,610.

Dear friend,

their web site is an empty box and all seems to be a catchpenny.:ugh:

They say have something to do with Heligroup in Sulmona (AQ); check their site.

Sorry for this, hope you find the way out.

Kind Mr. Indifly,
this is Andrea Pardi, the owner of Italiana Elicotteri speaking. You are using offending words online against our company without a clue. If you represent the client who did not pick up the A109 Elite after the completion of the contract, and pilots courses attended, I'm sorry to tell you that the Judge of the Milan court decided we were fully right under every profile.
The Laws says it. Not only us.
And that's why would be more elegant that you stop writing offending lies online hiding behind a nickname.
Regards.
Andrea Pardi

Dear Mr. Pardi,

I know that you are familiar with me. With regards to the A109 Elite. I located and secured the helicopter from the seller and was basically left out and the seller attempted to sue me for breach of contract when the deal never moved forward. If the contract was concluded I should have received my fee. Why did that not happen. I dealt in good faith with you.
