FLV to MP3 converter

Can anyone recommend a good FLV to MP3 converter

downloaded a few but they arent much good or expire have limited tries
the online ones are a bit slow and use resources or corrupt files etc

No, when you try a file conversion it requires you to 'activate' for money..
