Over the Atlantic che airspace from FL285 untill 410 is called MNPS and is meaning RNP10 but now even the name is still RNP 10 the actual required nav performance is 6.3

Literally it's true, but North Atl MNPS Airspace Ops manual Edition 2008 (http://www.nat-pco.org/nat/MNPSA/MNPSA_2008.pdf)
Ch. 8.1.2 (electronic page 54) specify that 6.3 has to be intended on each side of the track, so MNPS effective RNP is 12.6.
RNP 10 is ok ;)

MNPS is equivelant to RNP 12.6 but it is not RNP 12.6. IT is MNPS.

have a look at :
NORTH ATLANTIC MNPSA OPERATIONS MANUAL
Edition 2008
Chapter 8: MNPS Flight Operation & Navigation Procedures

It's all in there for free!!
