I do not know about Airbus, but in the old 747-200s, we pull the CBs for the seats for takeoff/landing.
There are stories of pilot seats starting to slide back, right at rotation...
Must be a good excuse if you get to exceed 12.5º and hit the tail.

Are A310 seats the same as A300?

I have not seen anything about our seats.

Many years ago I used to fly with an ex-BA Tristar captain. He would occasionally slip in a Tristar sop call onto the flightdeck of our ancient turbo prop in the middle of the night..One of his favourites used to happen on approach when he would announce "Seat locked -cbs pulled".It used to make me laugh as we had some of the most antiquated manually powered seating invented by man.He was obviously used to elecrtically powered Lockheed luxury!
Some of the worst seating I have ever had the misfortune to sit in was on the A320.No electrical power and no full length backrest and no headrest either. Not very nice to sit in for more than about 30 mins.
