Anyone who knows the conditions for Co-Pilots employed at NHV in Belgium.
Roster ?
Bonding ?
Salary to start with ?
Needs for new pilots in the future ?
How many hours of flying time per year?

A really great company with very professional crews...
As far as I know, the requirement for a co-pilot is at least a JAR/CPL with an IR, and a SA365 type rate is a +...
Don't know about the recruitment at the moment, just know 3 new co-pilots arrived end of last year...
