BAe 146 In NZ ??

I've heard rumours about the Airport here in Auckland that there will soon be a BAe146 operating from here ?? Has anybody on here heard something along the same lines ??

I just found it quite interesting given the past record NZ has had with the 146 (ansett was it??) that someone has gone out and is going to bring another one here, I sure hope they have the deal of all deals on the spare parts with the lease / purchase? Otherwise it’s going to be a very short-lived thing! :confused:

Further still does anyone know what it’s going to do? Freight / Pax ?? Surely they wouldn't be going up directly against Air NZ and Pac Blue?

Any info would be appreciated... At the end of the day I'm just being nosey!:O
