Which Airbus A380s are to be delivered in 2009?

Now, early November, there are 9 frames in service. 6 with Singapore, 2 with Emirates, 1 with Qantas.

Airbus is supposed to deliver 12 frames this year, 1 was delivered in 2007, so as of 31st of December, there should be 13 frames, namely 6 with Singapore, 4 with Emirates, 3 with Qantas.

What are the plans for 2009?

Total number is well published. 21.

What is the breakdown by airline?

I have heard, 6 for Emirates, 4 for Singapore, 4 for Qantas, 3 for Air France, 3 for Lufthansa, 1 for China Southern.

Can anyone confirm or correct?

If all is correct, the fleet by end of 2009 shall be 34. 10 Singapore frames, 10 Emirates frames, 7 Qantas frames, 3 Air France frames, 3 Lufthansa frames, 1 China Southern frame.

When shall Emirates get their first midhaul, 517 seat frame?

Apparently the next aircraft (delivery date, Nov 15) will have the 517 seat config which would make sense since they will be flying it to London.

The Emirates A.380 will be operating the EK001/EK002 flight, arriving London Heathrow at about 11.35am and departing at about 1.45pm.

According to the Emirates website the first flight (into LHR) should be on 1st December.
