I'm getting repeated e-mails apparently from 'my e-mail address' to 'my e-mail address'. Message is below. I suspect it's all dodgy and haven't opened anything. It has an Unsubscribe link which will probably take me somewhere I don't want to go. What to do?

Getting the same here, so we either have the same virus ( doing a sweep now as i type) or both being subject to the same attack. dont think its too serious as other people in my address book are not receiving the e-mail, which makes me think it originating from outside from my system. hopefully ignoring it will do , but if anyone has better advice please pass it on.

The unsubscribe link doesnt look like it goes anywhere and the address is randomly different in each e-mail (viewed in source not clicked on)
